Last night was Malcolm's best choir/chimes concert ever. The fifth graders at the top of their game in the elementary school choir performance bracket. About a month ago I got the new Sarah McLachlan album, and here they were singing the leadoff song on the record, "Ordinary Miracle," with neighbor Justin (not Timberlake) singing a solo on the first verse. I was impressed!
Another favorite was the band playing "Old MacDonald Had A Farm." Carter looked at me excitedly when he recognized it, so we had to sing along. After the band finished a little girl in the back was still belting out E-I-E-I-O.
