Here's an unpublished shot from almost four years ago, just a few weeks after I got my first DSLR. I'm now on my third Nikon, not counting the two I've used at work. The final image uses HDR, combining pictures of three different exposures from the exact same tripod vantage point.
It was taken during what the French call l'heure bleue, when the light is especially beautiful.
